Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Casserly. By using the app or website, you agree to them.

A coordination tool, not a delivery or medical service

Casserly helps people coordinate voluntary meals. We do not prepare, inspect, deliver, or guarantee food, and we do not provide medical, dietary, or emergency advice. Organizers and helpers are responsible for food safety, allergies, timing, and in-person arrangements.

Your responsibilities

Use accurate information, obtain permission before sharing another person’s address or care details, protect private links, and do not use Casserly for harassment, fraud, unlawful content, or commercial spam.

Purchases

Casserly Personal is a one-time in-app purchase. Casserly Ministry is an auto-renewing annual subscription that renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple processes purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Availability

We work to keep Casserly reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Casserly during the prior twelve months.
