Helpers do not need the app

Open the private link from the organizer, choose an available day, and add your name. If another helper chooses the same day first, Casserly asks you to pick another.

I cannot see the address

The recipient or organizer controls address visibility. Ask the organizer for drop-off details if they are intentionally hidden.

Restore a purchase

In the iOS app, open Settings → Casserly plan → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

Manage Ministry

Casserly Ministry is an annual subscription managed in your Apple Account subscription settings. Personal is a separate one-time purchase.

Delete a calendar or claim

Email support@casserly.app from the address you used when contacting us and include the calendar’s recipient name. Never email a public screenshot containing a street address.
