Privacy policy

The short version

Casserly collects only the information needed to run a meal calendar. We do not sell personal information or use care details for advertising.

Information you provide

Organizers may provide a recipient name, meal dates, dietary notes, drop-off instructions, and an address. Helpers may provide a name, meal description, and optional note. The organizer controls whether an address is visible through the private helper link.

How information is used

We use this information to create, display, synchronize, and protect the meal calendar; provide support; prevent abuse; and comply with law. We do not require helper accounts.

Storage and retention

Meal calendars are stored using service providers in the United States. Organizer and share links act as access credentials and should be shared carefully. We retain active calendars and related support records only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

An organizer can change what is shared or request deletion by emailing privacy@casserly.app. Helpers may use that address to request correction or deletion of their claim.

Children and sensitive information

Casserly is not directed to children under 13. Do not add medical diagnoses, financial data, or other sensitive information to free-text fields.
